Service Description
Totoos provides sports event information, prediction cards, and brief analysis. Content may be prepared by editors, bookmakers, data sources, and AI-assisted tools.
No Betting Service
Totoos is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, gambling operator, or betting exchange. The app does not accept wagers, process payments for bets, place bets on your behalf, or pay winnings.
No Guarantee
Predictions and analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Sports results are uncertain. Totoos does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or outcome of any prediction.
Responsible Use
You are responsible for how you use the information shown in Totoos. Do not use Totoos where sports prediction content is prohibited by law or regulation.
Intellectual Property
Totoos, its design, text, and app experience are owned by Totoos or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute app content except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not use Totoos for illegal purposes.
- Do not misrepresent Totoos content as guaranteed betting advice.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Totoos after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Apple Standard EULA
For distribution through the Apple App Store, your use of Totoos is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect.
